What is Dim Sum?

Dim Sum in Chinese is 点心. This literally translates to “touch the heart”.

The cantonese cuisine is traditionally eaten during breakfast and lunchtime in Asia. This is generally up until 3 pm in most places. Accommodating for demand, most restaurants in London Chinatown will serve until 4 pm. Coming in small portions, this is easy for family and friends to share at the table. You can also sample a variety of different dim sum plates in one sitting.
